The Cardano NFT Brew is Back!

After a lengthy hiatus, the Cardano NFT Brew newsletter is back! With the launch of CT793, this newsletter took a backseat but that is changing now. In fact, more effort will be put into this newsletter than ever before as CT793 members will have access to a more detailed and comprehensive version of the newsletter as of next week. This is the first step in my plans to spend more time creating quality, non-biased, educational Cardano NFT content in a sustainable way. CT793 allows me to do that.

Cardano NFTs Explode in October

Perhaps spurred on by the cNFTcon and Rare Bloom conferences, the Cardano NFT market exploded in October, recording over ₳50M in volume and setting an all-time-high of ₳4M for a 24-hour period on October 22nd. More on the market in the market analysis section below.

OreMob Success Surprises Many

Many community members were skeptical of OreMob's ambitions to sell out a 10k project for ₳252 each, collecting over ₳2.5M from holders in this bear market. However, not only did they sell out fast but the collection has outperformed all others since minting on the secondary market (₳3.6M)

The project also recorded a massive ATH sale when OreMob#8683 sold for ₳50,000.

Alessandro Innovates with Matrix Berries

Alessandro (SpeceBudz, BERRY) needs no introduction as Cardano NFTs' most beloved developer. He announced his Matrix Berries project last week and instantly sold out the remaining berries in yesterday's public mint.

The project makes use of CIP-0067 and CIP-0068 and executes the entire mint client side with no server involved, which is unheard of.

Jungle Releases New Updates

CNFTJungle.io continues to build the most comprehensive Cardano NFT website in the industry, offering analytics, rarity information, and sniping services. They recently released their mobile app on Android and iOS that gives users a mobile-friendly way to stay on top of the Cardano NFT markets.

They also announced Zing!, which allows Hunter pass holders to set custom alerts for market movements, track floors, and more.

CNFT.io Rebrands to Explosif

CNFT.io has rebranded to Explosif and has expanded its services to include minting solutions. Although cnft.io is still their official domain, the website received a new logo and has been placed under the Explosif umbrella brand.

Cornucopias Opens Bridge

Cornucopias has partnered with ChainPort to offer holders of their $COPI utility token a bridge from BSC to Cardano. You can see a full video tutorial of the process below.

JPG.store Royalty Drama

JPG.store caused some confusing in the community when CryptoRaggies pointed out that royalties from their project were being collected by a company wallet, which also happened to be Blake's (CEO) wallet.

Blake and the JPG.store team performed a full investigation of the case and explained their findings in a video (below).

Halloween Celebrations

Many projects celebrated Halloween festivities with special Halloween collection drops, including Introverts, Happy Hoppers, JRney, Space Pugs Alpha, H.Y.P.E., and others.

Milk DAO Aborts Mint

Milk has become one of the most popular 1:1 art projects in the space since launching in September. However, the community did not seem to like their approach to launching a community DAO and quickly aborted their plans. All of those who minted were refunded but the Milk project took a significant hit as the floor price declined from ₳6k to ₳1k.

Dead Rabbits Resurrection Society Release $DEADPAPER

DRRS has become one of Cardano's top NFT projects and currently ranks #15th on the all-time volume list and #10th when project policies are combined. There were a lot of excited holders looking forward to their tokenomics paper, which explains the utility, distribution mechanics, and other details about their upcoming $DEAD utility token. Artifct Closes Shop

Artifct took the Cardano NFT space by storm when they released their 5k Moon collection, which would be a part of their metaverse. They were also building a Cardano NFT marketplace but recently announced that their plans were not sustainable. If you have assets listed on their platform, you should delist them immediately.

Mocossi Releases Game Beta

Mocossi opened up beta testing for 150 select beta testers. Mocossi is considered one of the most promising P2E projects on Cardano and the first virtual pet game on the blockchain.

ADA Ninjaz Announces Gaming Tournament

ADA Ninjaz, one of Cardano's largest anime projects, will be hosting a gaming tournament on Friday, November 11th. Players will play the Shards of Ninava game, released earlier this year, for a chance to win prizes from several NFT projects such as Mocossi, Equine, and Wolves of Rome.

October has been a month of records as a miniature bull run took people by surprise. However, things have been cooling down significantly since the last big NFT drop (OreMob) and we are seeing a -54% change in volume over the past week, or a total of ₳8.7M.

NFTs sold are also down 31% and sellers are outnumbering buyers 2,685 to 2,186 over the past 24 hours.

Top 15 collections accounted for 48% of total volume this week and the top 3 collections accounted for 21% of total volume:

Underrated

Here is this week's most underrated project and artist.

This is a highly subjective section so please DYOR. Nothing that I say in this section is financial advice and you are always responsible for your own decisions.

Floor Price: 680 ADA

You are investing in one of the fastest growing and most sophisticated sniping tools available on Cardano. The team has proven themselves trustworthy, committed, and talented. It's clear that the creators have ambitious plans for Jungle and are currently looking for ways to grow their team.

This is as much of a utility project as you'll find and Cardano NFT collectors are heavily favoring utility-based projects in this bear market and I think this trend will continue.

I invested in their Apex Lifetime pass a long time ago for 100 ADA. The current floor price is 4,444 ADA. I will not be taking profits on that NFT because of its tangible utility, saving me ADA every month.

As Jungle keeps growing and improving, the Hunter Pass will hopefully also start increasing in value. There is a very limited supply of 1,000 passes, so they will probably be in high demand sooner or later. They only recently sold out and I suspect flippers are still taking profits. Once the flipping is over, I would not be surprised to see a 1k floor on the Hunter Passes.

I minted 4 passes and bought one more on the secondary market while writing this for ₳588, for full disclosure. I will be holding these passes until demand picks up and the floor price hits 1k ADA. That's when I'll start selling my passes, or burn 4 of them for another Apex pass - whichever is more profitable.

Artist: Netanel Cohen (MiLK)

We don't know much about Netanel Cohen other than what we see in his art. In the Cardano NFT community, he is the talent behind MiLK. You can find more of his work on his personal Twitter profile and Instagram. 

Based in Israel, Cohen seems to have appeared in the Cardano NFT space out of nowhere but I certainly hope he sticks around and makes more art on our beloved blockchain.
