The Highlights
Snoop Dogg has entered the CNFT building. In what is undoubtedly a 2022 highlight so far, the Clay Nation team announced a partnership with Snoop Dogg and Champ Medici and followed it up with the largest-ever CNFT Twitter space, which also included Charles Hoskinson.
The event caused extreme movement on the secondary market with Clay Nation floor price quickly rising to 3.8k ADA but then falling back down below 3k soon after.
Clay Nation continues to grab the headlines as they also announced their Clay Lite Paper this week, which included details on the Snoop & Medici collaboration.
Earlier today, they also gave a sneak peek at their GC X Clay Nation NFTs in 3D. These 3D avatars, much like the originals, will be available to download for holders using their custom web tool.
JPG.store released an exciting update to its marketplace platform, introducing user profiles and some very useful features. Users can now set profile photos, enable email notifications, and share a public link to their profile, among other things.
BlockchainParty introduced the first-ever metaverse marketplace for Spacebudz last week. The team also purchased the first Spacebud (#8201) through their own platform for 5.88k ADA.
Cycl:R released an exciting announcement and a demo of their upcoming Move2Earn app, which will reward holders for using their IRL bikes. This is a unique concept that we haven't seen in the CNFT space and provides an unprecedented real-life utility (click tweet below to see full video).
ADA Handles has officially minted 100,000 handles. Congratulations to the team 🎉 Secondary market sales are also up significantly, spurred by the sale of $james for 50k ADA.
NFT-Maker Pro will celebrate its 1-year birthday on April 11th, or in just 3 days. They also announced that they raised over $1 million in the $NMKR presale in the first 30 minutes. The official $NMKR ICO is April 18th on LCX.com.
Freeroam.io is a highly anticipated CNFT website that will include a marketplace and many other useful features for users. The website launches today at 6PM UTC and should most likely be live by the time you read this.
Update: The team just announced a slight delay of the launch. Please visit their Discord for more information.
Freeroam.io is created by the Ghost Chain team and is perhaps the primary reason the floor price of that project has remained over 950 ADA for a long time.
Happy Hoppers Club released their Litepaper this week, detailing the project's future plans. The announcement caused a significant uptick in secondary market activity, raising the floor price temporarily to an all-time-high of 80 ADA before stabilizing again at around 65 ADA.
Over Exposed announced their official mint dates (see tweet below). This has become one of the most anticipated projects of the year and will most likely be the highlight of April.
OpenSea announced that they are official including Solana NFT collections on their platform. This had the CNFT community excited about the potential of incorporating Cardano NFTs to the platform in the future.
SpaceBudz is currently holding an auction for a Charles SpaceBud #1421 in collaboration with Milkomeda. The auction will be live for 10 days and can be found here.
CryptoKnitties announced knittimals, a companion for their knitties in their game, KnittieNook.
Boss Cat Rocket Club announced a collaboration with Manny "Pac Man" Pacquiao recently.

Motley Moon is currently open for their whitelist mint but their public mint will open tomorrow at 5PM UTC. This unique project by Jami and Moonbeamr is another great project that finds a good balance between traditional art and PFP NFTs.

Market Analysis
What a week! After several weeks of declining volume and depressed markets, things are looking drastically different this week. For those who have been living under a rock this past week, the Clay Nation collaboration with Snoop Dogg and Medici caused a spike in CNFT volume, peaking at almost 2.8M ADA last Thursday and staying above 1.5M every single day since. Unsurprisingly, Clay Nation accounted for 30% of all volume traded over the past 7 days.
Overall, we are up 15% over the past 7 days in both ADA and NFT volume. This is happening during a modest dip in the general crypto markets (-6% BTC, -8% ADA), which makes this even more impressive. Is the CNFT space gearing up for a big explosion during the next crypto bull run?

Underrated
These are this week’s most underrated investment opportunities and artists. This is a highly subjective section so please DYOR
Some of my previous blue chip picks are still relevant and would be my choice today if I hadn't picked them already, including Clay Nation, Yummi, and others. Check out my undervalued picks from previous issues.
Investment Opportunity: Alternative Press Special Cover
This might be a somewhat obscure pick, but with this week's Clay Nation hype, I decided to dive deeper into their previous collections to see if there is some value to be found there. I believe that Clay Mates will be one of the biggest, if not the biggest, blue chip CNFT in the long run. If that happens, any official collection of theirs will be a great store of value.
This leads me to the cheapest official Clay Mates collaborative NFTs currently available, the Alternative Press Special Cover. This collection was a collaboration between Clay Nation and SpaceBudz, two of the most iconic CNFT projects and there will only ever be 1,951 available. Currently sitting well below mint price at ₳19, this could be a very cheap way to own an official Clay Mates collaborative NFT.
Artist: Kat Simpson
You might not have heard of Kat but she is the talented artist/model maker behind the Growing Pains collection. Her work is incredibly intricate and beautiful and her work has been featured in major films and ad campaigns.
I believe the Growing Pains collection is highly undervalued in itself and could easily have been my pick for an investment opportunity. But learning more about Kat's work and especially seeing the physical versions they created convinced me that she is underrated as a CNFT artist.
Rugpull Watch
Oddbods is a confirmed rugpull this week, unfortunately. However, seeing how the CNFT community came together to support those affected was a silver lining. Instead of focusing on Oddbods, I want to shout out all of those who made lemonade out of lemons and offered free NFTs to those affected by the rugpull:
Thor's Thoughts
Admitting that you take profits on your CNFT investments is OK. Saying that you sell CNFTs is OK. Somebody isn't a clown for selling NFTs from your favorite project. We are all in different circumstances and what other people do with their money shouldn't concern you. I have sold Pavia NFTs, PXLz, Clays, Mocossi, Goats, and many other great projects. I have even sold some ADA. It doesn't mean that I'm not a fan or supporter of those projects. I am simply doing what I believe is best for my highly personalized financial strategy.
Don't shame those who buy or sell something you don't agree with. This leads to a toxic environment that we don't want to see in the CNFT community.
